Description

You'll lead end-to-end program management for Coupang's logistics operations in Taiwan, driving operational excellence and cross-functional initiatives across first-, middle-, and last-mile delivery. You will own OKRs, build dashboards, and lead data-driven decisions to optimize service, speed, and cost.

Requirements

• 6+ years in Program Management or Analytics-driven Operations in logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain
• Strong self-service data skills with SQL, proficiency in Tableau and/or Power BI
• Demonstrated ability to deliver complex multi-team initiatives in fast-paced settings
• Exceptional structured thinking and root cause analysis for unstructured problems
• Executive-ready written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program portfolio across first-, middle-, and last-mile logistics
• Lead KR-to-TW transition expansion and build unified end-to-end visibility reporting
• Drive operational excellence and PDD improvement via defect prioritization and bottleneck removal
• Build robust dashboards and operational reporting (Tableau/Power BI) for fast issue detection
• Lead cross-functional problem solving and data simulations for network design and trade-off decisions
