You'll serve as frontline support for clinics using our healthcare software platform. You'll resolve order issues and troubleshoot problems to ensure seamless patient care. This role offers rapid career advancement in a fast-growing Series C startup.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Respond to inbound clinic inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot order issues, product questions, and shipping updates
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Ops, Billing, and CSM teams to resolve escalations
- Assist clinics with product selection, substitutions, and ordering guidance
๐ Requirements
- 1โ3 years of experience in customer support or healthcare operations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Comfort working in systems (G-Suite, Slack, Zendesk, etc.)

- Experience supporting healthcare clinics or medical products
