You'll partner with sales and account teams to drive the technical win in complex sales cycles for Xendit's payment infrastructure across Southeast Asia. You'll listen to client needs, architect payment solutions, and guide clients from discovery through integration. This role bridges enterprise clients and internal product/engineering teams.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Partner with sales team to design tailored payment solutions.
  • Conduct technical discovery sessions with prospects.
  • Architect solutions for cross-border payment flows.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3-6 years in a client-facing technical role (payments, fintech, SaaS).
  • Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and SDKs.
  • Familiarity with payment flows, acquiring, FX, or payouts.
  • Experience with regional/global enterprise clients.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in fintech or payments industry.
  • Ability to whiteboard solution architectures.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings.
