Description

You will source and order aftermarket and used parts to support high-volume vehicle reconditioning, ensuring the right parts arrive on time and within budget. You'll evaluate multiple suppliers, manage the ordering workflow, and collaborate with production teams to maintain production flow.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on automotive parts desk experience
• Strong knowledge of aftermarket and used parts ecosystems including recyclers and alternative sourcing
• Proven experience with high-volume parts ordering in a production or retail environment
• Deep understanding of vehicle components and part compatibility
• Valid Ontario driver's license with clean abstract

Responsibilities

• Source, quote, and order aftermarket and used parts across various makes and models
• Evaluate multiple vendor options to balance cost, quality, and availability
• Manage end-to-end parts ordering workflow including receiving, verification, and organization
• Proactively resolve backorders, substitutions, and part discrepancies
• Maintain accurate tracking of parts through inventory and ordering systems
