You'll serve as a Medical Director and Attending Physician providing patient-centered primary care at skilled nursing facilities. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as attending physician for patients in assigned skilled nursing facilities.
• Collaborate with NPs/PAs to manage daily patient care and clinical supervision.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions.
• Participate in quality initiatives like Chronic Care Management.

📋 Requirements

• Active U.S. medical license and board certification/eligibility in a relevant specialty.
• MD or DO degree from an accredited program.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation.

✨ Nice to Have

• Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility or post-acute care settings.
• Familiarity with EHR and voice dictation tools.
