Description
You will lead a team of Listing Partners, coaching them to hit sales and experience targets while building the Miami team's culture and operating systems from scratch. You'll partner cross-functionally to improve the resale process and be a stabilizing force for your team in a fast-moving environment.
Requirements
- Experience leading a sales team in a metrics-driven, high-volume environment
- Strong coaching and performance management skills
- Ability to build processes and culture from the ground up
- Comfort with rapidly evolving product, tooling, and policy changes
- Licensing and real estate brokerage knowledge
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Listing Partners to meet performance targets
- Conduct 1:1s, call reviews, file audits, and performance management
- Monitor dashboards to proactively identify risks and drive corrective actions
- Act as escalation point for complex negotiations
- Partner cross-functionally with Pricing, Homes, Title, Brokerage, and Product teams
