💼 About This Role

You'll work directly with our leadership team as a generalist operator, focusing on new vertical expansion. You'll drive 0-to-1 market entry, run design partner pilots, and own cross-functional strategic initiatives. This role offers high impact and the chance to shape the function at a fast-growing Series B startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define ICP and entry strategy for new verticals
• Structure and run design partner pilots from kickoff to first contracted ARR
• Lead discovery calls with executive stakeholders and PE-backed operators
• Translate field insights into structured product briefs and scope priorities with Engineering
• Build repeatable GTM playbooks as verticals graduate from pilot to scale

📋 Requirements

• 3-6 years in consulting, investing, or high-growth startups
• Demonstrated ability to own a complex, cross-functional initiative from start to finish
• Strong analytical foundation: comfortable building models and sizing markets
• Comfort operating in ambiguous environments where the problem isn't handed to you

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with vertical SaaS, AI-enabled products, or services businesses
• Background working with PE-backed platforms or multi-location operators
• Direct customer-facing or field experience in B2B
