Description

You will manage a diverse patient panel, conduct acute, chronic, and well visits in-office or via telehealth, and collaborate with in-office and virtual teams. Continuous learning and performing in-office procedures are key parts of the role.

Requirements

• Completed accredited NP or PA program with national certification
• State licensed in California by start date
• 2 years outpatient primary care experience in past 5 years, or 1 year outpatient primary care plus 1 year primary care fellowship or urgent care experience
• Experience with LARC insertion and colposcopy preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits
• Conduct in-office and telehealth visits
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams
• Perform in-office procedures
