Your core impact will be shaping HR technology strategy while ensuring systems are optimized and integrated. This role combines hands-on system expertise with strategic partnership across HR and IT teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute HRIS strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Lead implementation, configuration, and upgrades of HRIS platforms
• Analyze HR data to generate dashboards and actionable insights
• Design and deliver training programs for system users

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or related field
• 5+ years of HRIS or HR systems management experience
• Strong hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (Paylocity preferred)
• Proven track record of managing data integrity and system configuration
