Description

You will oversee maintenance operations to ensure equipment, grounds, and environments are well-maintained and compliant with regulations. You'll manage preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, coordinate safety drills, and supervise vendor work while supporting team development.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in maintenance-related field (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, or other)
• Valid Ohio Driver's License and insurability
• Minimum 3 years maintenance experience; health facility experience preferred
• Detail-oriented with excellent literacy, writing, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to use tools, equipment, and read blueprints

Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory compliance with forms, reports, policies
• Conduct fire, tornado, and other drills with documentation
• Inspect, maintain, and test fire alarm and emergency systems
• Oversee preventive maintenance for equipment and life safety compliance
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment; manage maintenance supplies
