You'll develop and execute multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns for a leading virtual psychiatry practice. You'll drive high-quality leads and pipeline growth through ABM and integrated programs. This role offers 100% remote flexibility and a chance to impact behavioral health access.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and refine Ideal Customer Profiles with sales and revenue operations.
• Plan and execute integrated multi-channel lead generation campaigns.
• Support account-based marketing programs for priority segments.
• Own campaign strategy, execution, and optimization from concept to reporting.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of B2B lead generation or demand generation experience.
• ICP-based targeting and ABM program experience.
• Strong understanding of multi-channel campaign strategy across digital, outbound, and events.
