You'll lead the IT Helpdesk operations, managing support tickets and ensuring SLAs for end-user technology needs. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Oversee intake, triage, and resolution of IT support tickets
- Install and maintain end-user hardware and software
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Monitor helpdesk performance metrics and report trends
๐ Requirements
- 3-5 years of IT support or helpdesk experience
- 1-2 years in a leadership capacity
- Experience with Office 365 and cloud-based SaaS applications
- Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and mobile platforms
โจ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks
- Exposure to audio/visual and basic network infrastructure
- Experience with device provisioning and endpoint management
