  • Oversee intake, triage, and resolution of IT support tickets
  • Install and maintain end-user hardware and software
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Monitor helpdesk performance metrics and report trends

  • 3-5 years of IT support or helpdesk experience
  • 1-2 years in a leadership capacity
  • Experience with Office 365 and cloud-based SaaS applications
  • Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and mobile platforms

  • Familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks
  • Exposure to audio/visual and basic network infrastructure
