Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years prior A/V work experience preferred
- Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lift or move 40 lbs or greater frequently
Responsibilities
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot A/V systems and peripherals
- Perform daily morning checks of all conference rooms
- Own pre-meeting A/V checks for high-profile events and VIP video meetings
- Troubleshoot, upgrade, and replace A/V components
- Coordinate external vendor support when required
