You will oversee and manage clinical operations of assigned global trials, developing operational plans and ensuring compliance. Lead cross-functional teams, manage resources, vendors, and risks to drive successful trial execution.

• Senior-level clinical operations management experience
• Experience in global clinical trial management
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and GCP
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Vendor management and contract negotiation skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operations plans for assigned study or program
• Oversee planning, initiation, execution, and completion of clinical trials
• Manage external providers and internal resources for optimal efficiency
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, GCP, and SOPs
• Select, evaluate, and manage external partners/vendors
