You'll prospect and qualify new leads for an HR and financial platform while maintaining CRM discipline. Your outreach mix focuses on cold calls supported by emails and WhatsApp. This role prepares leads for the sales team through consultative conversations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Organize prospecting activities and follow-ups in HubSpot CRM.
• Make cold calls and send emails/WhatsApp to generate leads.
• Build rapport and overcome objections during outbound outreach.
• Prioritize high-potential leads and focus on early-day contacts.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in outbound prospecting with cold calling.
• Daily volume of phone calls as primary communication channel.
• Excellent time management and independent work organization.
• Experience in pre-sales for lead acquisition from scratch.

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of HubSpot CRM for lead and task management.
• Experience in HR Tech, benefits solutions, or SaaS companies.
