💼 About This Role

You'll lead multi-day backpacking trips for youth, teaching teamwork and Leave No Trace principles. You'll provide 24-hour supervision and guide campers to reconnect with nature. This role includes co-leading outdoor activities like kayaking and mountain biking.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Guide 5-night overnight experiences from Sunday to Friday.
• Co-lead daily outdoor programming including backpacking and kayaking.
• Manage risk and teach campers safe recreation practices.
• Serve as a role model demonstrating appropriate behavior and attitudes.

📋 Requirements

• 20 years of age or older
• 3-year valid driver's license and clean driving record
• 1+ years leading multi-day camping or backpacking trips
• Wilderness First Responder or EMT certification by start of training

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience at a youth overnight or day camp
• CPR certification (required by start of training)
• Specialized certifications eligible for bonuses
