Description

You will design, develop, and implement innovative solutions within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on delivering high-quality technical solutions in the Public Sector Digital Services application with NowAssist and Virtual Agent components. Your work will create a seamless, user-friendly portal experience supporting workflows and automated processes to enhance operational efficiency for federal agency clients. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure technical deliverables meet organizational goals and adhere to industry best practices.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of ServiceNow's architecture and capabilities regarding service portals, widgets, and pages
• 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting the ServiceNow platform
• Implementation and support experience in ServiceNow Public Sector Digital Services or Customer Service Management
• Familiarity with implementation of NowAssist and Virtual Agent
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and/or AngularJS
• Integration knowledge connecting service portals to external systems and data sources using REST APIs
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• Active secret clearance required
