🎯 What You'll Do

• Hire, train, and develop branch team members
• Manage operations to maximize branch financial success
• Conduct monthly profit and loss reviews
• Monitor equipment utilization, aged receivables, and customer satisfaction

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years rental industry experience
• Previous management role in rental or related field
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Experience in fluid solutions, climate control, or power generation
• Experience with profit and loss analysis
