You will lead cross-functional teams to drive live events and community celebrations for Pokémon GO, working from ideation through post-launch. Collaborate with brand partners, QA, and team leadership to ensure successful events that engage millions of players worldwide.

Requirements

• 2+ years producing a live service mobile game
• Experience with production processes (Agile, SCRUM, waterfall)
• Proficiency with productivity tools (JIRA, Looker, Google Docs)
• Strong organization, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced hybrid environment

Responsibilities

• Drive Pokémon GO’s Live Events strategy, collaborating with cross-functional team
• Break down issues and guide planning from ideation through post-launch
• Partner with QA to ensure events are properly tested before going live
• Build and maintain relationships with brand partners
• Present data-driven results and recaps to team leadership
