You'll plan and optimize paid digital campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok) for BJAK's insurance platform serving 8+ million users in Southeast Asia. You'll own campaign budgets, drive ROI through A/B testing, and collaborate with content/design teams. This role offers direct impact on revenue growth in a flat, fast-moving startup environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok.
- Monitor campaign KPIs daily to ensure performance targets are met.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, audiences, placements, and bidding.
- Manage campaign budgets across channels for maximum ROI.
๐ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
- Hands-on expertise in Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads.
- Proficiency in analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Reporting.
- Experience with conversion tracking including UTM, pixels, and Google Tag Manager.

- Experience in high-growth startup or digital-first company.
- Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, or affiliate networks.
