You'll own campaign budgets, drive ROI through A/B testing, and collaborate with content/design teams. This role offers direct impact on revenue growth in a flat, fast-moving startup environment.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok.
  • Monitor campaign KPIs daily to ensure performance targets are met.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, audiences, placements, and bidding.
  • Manage campaign budgets across channels for maximum ROI.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
  • Hands-on expertise in Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads.
  • Proficiency in analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Reporting.
  • Experience with conversion tracking including UTM, pixels, and Google Tag Manager.
