💼 About This Role

You'll join NICE Public Safety's Cloud Platform Engineering team ensuring cloud platforms are observable, reliable, and scalable. You'll lead root cause investigations and automation initiatives, acting as a gatekeeper for production environments. This hands-on role offers the chance to shape reliability strategy for mission-critical public safety solutions in a global SaaS environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as gatekeeper for production, managing backlog and reliability improvements
• Lead investigations into root cause outages, performance, and cost issues
• Develop automation of low-value tasks balanced with project delivery
• Establish and enforce SLOs, SLAs, and error budgets with DevOps teams

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering
• Azure cloud experience
• Infrastructure/configuration as code (ARM, BICEP, Git)
• Monitoring platforms (Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch)

• Kubernetes and containerization experience (AKS)
• Azure DevOps pipelines (CI/CD)
• AI tools experience
