Description
You will serve as the primary technical contact for enterprise merchants, leading integration efforts, upsells, and cross-sales. You'll translate business needs into technical solutions using Riskified's platform, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with internal teams to accelerate merchant growth.
Requirements
- 4+ years in Customer Success Engineer, TAM, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Project Manager role with enterprise customers
- Strong client-facing, communication, and project management skills
- Solid technical background: troubleshooting, logs, databases, code
- Hands-on experience with SQL and databases
- Experience with API integrations and technical documentation
Responsibilities
- Act as primary technical contact for enterprise merchants, leading integration, upsells, and cross-sales
- Translate business needs into technical solutions leveraging Riskified's platform
- Build and manage joint project plans with clients, ensuring milestones are met
- Partner with Account Management, Sales, and Support as technical SME
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide actionable solutions
