Description

You will serve as the primary technical contact for enterprise merchants, leading integration efforts, upsells, and cross-sales. You'll translate business needs into technical solutions using Riskified's platform, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with internal teams to accelerate merchant growth.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in Customer Success Engineer, TAM, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Project Manager role with enterprise customers
  • Strong client-facing, communication, and project management skills
  • Solid technical background: troubleshooting, logs, databases, code
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and databases
  • Experience with API integrations and technical documentation

Responsibilities

  • Act as primary technical contact for enterprise merchants, leading integration, upsells, and cross-sales
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions leveraging Riskified's platform
  • Build and manage joint project plans with clients, ensuring milestones are met
  • Partner with Account Management, Sales, and Support as technical SME
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide actionable solutions
