💼 About This Role

You'll join a multi-disciplinary team providing hospice care to clients in Windham County VT and Cheshire/Sullivan NH, enabling them to remain at home with comprehensive support. This full-time role offers flexible schedules and a 1:1 patient ratio.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist with activities of daily living
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Check vital signs and assist with medication
• Support mobility, transfers, and exercises

📋 Requirements

• At least one year of work experience as an aide
• Listed on VT/NH Aide Registry in good standing
• Pass BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination
• Reliable transportation for travel to clients

• Hospice experience
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential
