You'll build and scale the RevOps function from scratch at a fast-growing startup in the creator economy. You'll partner with Sales, Talent, and Leadership to bring structure and clarity to revenue operations, owning HubSpot and creating scalable processes. This is a unique opportunity to shape a department-of-one role with significant visibility.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own and optimize HubSpot CRM architecture and workflows
- Build dashboards and reports for pipeline health and revenue performance
- Establish forecasting methodologies and pipeline management practices
- Standardize processes across Sales, Talent, Partnerships, and Finance
๐ Requirements
- 5โ10+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations
- Experience as a foundational RevOps hire or high-autonomy operator
- Deep hands-on experience with HubSpot
- Strong data fluency with reporting and forecasting skills
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with Salesforce, Looker, or Tableau
- Exposure to commission planning and incentive design
- Background in entertainment or creator economy
