You'll build and scale the RevOps function from scratch at a fast-growing startup in the creator economy. You'll partner with Sales, Talent, and Leadership to bring structure and clarity to revenue operations, owning HubSpot and creating scalable processes. This is a unique opportunity to shape a department-of-one role with significant visibility.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own and optimize HubSpot CRM architecture and workflows
  • Build dashboards and reports for pipeline health and revenue performance
  • Establish forecasting methodologies and pipeline management practices
  • Standardize processes across Sales, Talent, Partnerships, and Finance

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5โ€“10+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations
  • Experience as a foundational RevOps hire or high-autonomy operator
  • Deep hands-on experience with HubSpot
  • Strong data fluency with reporting and forecasting skills

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Salesforce, Looker, or Tableau
  • Exposure to commission planning and incentive design
  • Background in entertainment or creator economy
