💼 About This Role

You'll build and lead a cross-functional team for avionics harnessing and electro-mechanical assembly at a hypersonic aircraft manufacturer. Your work directly supports national defense missions with rapid iteration and high reliability.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and lead a team for flight harness and electrical subassembly production
• Own avionics development test assets including environmental testing
• Manage harness component innovation, design, and qualification
• Develop and source new tools and capital equipment for harness manufacturing

📋 Requirements

• Experience with avionics or aerospace manufacturing standards (e.g., IPC-A-610, IPC/WHMA-A-620, NASA-STD-8739)
• 3+ years in a production leadership role in aerospace, electronics, or high-reliability manufacturing
• Direct experience managing teams building wire harnesses or electronic assemblies
• Strong technical background in electronics or harness design, build, or test
