💼 About This Role

You'll act as lead engineer on multi-disciplinary substation design projects, coordinating with civil/structural teams to ensure consistent designs. You'll create detailed project proposals and provide technical guidance to junior engineers, while maintaining excellent client relations. A flexible hybrid or remote schedule is available.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead multi-disciplinary substation design projects
• Coordinate electrical design with civil/structural teams
• Create detailed project proposals and cost estimates
• Mentor junior engineers and design technicians

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
• 10+ years of high voltage substation design experience
• Strong knowledge of utility standards and NESC
• Experience with Bentley Projectwise and related tools

• Exposure to SAP/Maximo
