💼 About This Role

You'll own and evolve our observability stack, including logging, metrics, and tracing, across a multi-datacenter Kubernetes environment. You'll work closely with infra and product teams to improve observability coverage and reduce operational toil. This is a production-first role where you'll ship and iterate under real delivery pressure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain production observability stacks for logs, metrics, and traces.
• Scale observability infrastructure across multiple data centers and Kubernetes clusters.
• Own logging pipeline architecture and drive refactoring efforts.
• Improve distributed tracing coverage and drive adoption across engineering teams.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of industry experience
• Hands-on production experience with observability systems
• Experience with Kubernetes cluster lifecycle management (EKS preferred)
• Practical knowledge of storage trade-offs for observability data at scale

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience using AI to automate infrastructure or observability tasks
• Background in cloud account or environment migrations
• Experience with containers and Kubernetes installation and configuration
