💼 About This Role

You'll provide evidence-based therapy to children and young adults via telehealth at an impact-driven pediatric behavioral health clinic. You'll enjoy guaranteed minimum pay and paid consultation time while coordinating with families and schools. Your administrative burden is handled so you can focus on clinical work.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide weekly psychotherapy using CBT to children ages 8-17 and young adults 18+
• Maintain a fixed weekly schedule of at least 8 recurring client sessions
• Participate in weekly consultations and peer-led collaborative huddles
• Coordinate with pediatricians, school counselors, and families as needed

📋 Requirements

• Licensed in Pennsylvania as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
• Experience with children, teens, young adults, and families using evidence-based treatments
• Comfortable with Zoom and EHR systems
• Not opted out of Medicare and willing to be cross-licensed
