🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee and manage all operational functions of schools in assigned territory.
• Supervise School Directors and provide leadership support.
• Ensure compliance with state licensing and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate on cross-company projects and policy harmonization.

📋 Requirements

• Massachusetts EEC Director 2 Certification required.
• Minimum 5 years progressive leadership in early education organizations.
• Experience managing multi-unit operations.
• Exceptional verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
