Description

In this role, you will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair building systems like HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. You'll respond to tenant requests, perform preventive maintenance, and support senior engineers to ensure safe and efficient building operations.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED
• 2-3 years job-related or trade experience
• CFC certification preferred
• Basic knowledge of laptop/phone apps for work order systems
• Familiarity with fire/life safety equipment and blueprints

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance, repairs, and inspections of building systems
• Address service requests including hot/cold calls, plumbing, and lighting repairs
• Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions and escalate as needed
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and equipment performance
• Conduct property inspections to identify deficiencies
