Description

You will lead production shifts, optimize productivity, and cultivate a positive culture. You'll coach employees, resolve issues, and manage performance measures to balance quality, cost, safety, and morale.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED or related work experience
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a production environment preferred
• Able to train and develop a large group of employees and manage multiple production lines
• Results-driven problem solver with tact and diplomacy
• Computer literate and able to work in cool/cold environment (10º-40º)

Responsibilities

• Communicate respectfully with employees and leads while coaching and developing hourly associates
• Report production information and update managers throughout each shift
• Resolve employee issues through appropriate problem resolution
• Balance quality, productivity, cost, safety, and morale to achieve positive results
• Manage departmental performance measures and provide regular progress reports
