Requirements

• 7+ years facilities/residential maintenance experience
• 3+ years supervisory experience
• HVAC, EPA, or NAPE certification
• Advanced skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
• Knowledge of risk management, OSHA, and MSDS

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop maintenance techs and community care associates
• Resolve HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues
• Manage apartment turnover and make-ready process
• Execute preventative maintenance programs
• Oversee vendor relationships and capital improvement projects
