You'll implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision, working one-on-one with a client to support skill development and communication. Your impact will be measured by helping clients reach their full potential in a structured, encouraging environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect and record accurate session data
• Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals

📋 Requirements

• Active RBT Certification
• Completed 40-hour RBT training
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices

• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs
• Familiarity with ABA terminology and data collection
• Background in special education, psychology, or related field
