You'll provide technical customer support for Veeam Backup solutions, troubleshooting issues in Linux environments. You'll act as a technical focal point, taking ownership of customer problems from start to resolution. This role offers the chance to grow your skills in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform troubleshooting and log file analysis
• Act as technical focal point for IT professionals
• Own customer issues from start to resolution
• Document interactions accurately in CRM within SLA

📋 Requirements

• Fluent English (reading/writing/speaking)
• Strong Linux system administration skills
• Strong TCP/IP knowledge
• Experience installing/configuring/maintaining services on Linux

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Nutanix AHV hypervisor
• Experience with VMware or Hyper-V
• Experience with UNIX (BSD, AIX, Solaris, HP-UX)
