💼 About This Role

You'll drive process optimization and technology transfer for molecular diagnostics assays in a high-throughput CLIA lab. Your work will directly improve NIPT assay reliability and help launch our new Austin facility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and execute wet lab experiments to improve process efficiency
• Evaluate new molecular biology techniques for assay performance
• Perform nucleic acid extraction, PCR, sequencing, and reagent prep
• Build data analysis tools to monitor process health and troubleshoot

📋 Requirements

• BS or MS in Bioengineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
• At least 1 year of hands-on lab research with PCR and DNA/RNA extraction
• Experience in data analysis (bioinformatics or statistical analysis) and AI tools
