• Implement and configure HRIS, payroll, and people platforms like Rippling and Gusto
• Design onboarding workflows, offer processes, and policy templates
• Assess clients' people operations and provide sequenced recommendations
• Manage 6–12 concurrent client engagements across various stages

📋 Requirements

• Hands-on HR generalist experience including policy writing and offboarding
• Technical grounding in configuring HRIS and understanding data models
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• AI tool proficiency incorporating tools like Claude or ChatGPT
