💼 About This Role

You'll conduct Start of Care visits and deliver 1:1 skilled nursing to clinically complex patients in their homes. You'll perform 1-3 visits daily in a small territory, ensuring quality care and patient education.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform 1-3 Start of Care visits per day
• Deliver skilled nursing including medication and wound care
• Conduct client assessments and provide patient education

📋 Requirements

• Current NJ nursing license in good standing
• At least one year of related experience
• Comfortable using an EMR
