You'll lead end-to-end client implementations for Rightway's PBM and Navigation service lines, from kickoff to steady-state transition. You'll drive project timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage client expectations with proactive communication. This role stands out with AI-enabled workflows integrated into daily tasks.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end project management for multiple concurrent client implementations.
• Facilitate kickoff meetings, status calls, and cross-functional coordination.
• Serve as primary client point of contact during implementation phase.
• Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, IT, or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of project management experience in PBM, healthcare navigation, or healthcare IT.
• Proficiency in Smartsheet, Monday.com, Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Salesforce.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
