As a Workday HCM Compensation Consultant at Meridian Partners, you will design and deliver scalable Compensation solutions for public sector clients. You'll configure Workday Compensation, collaborate with stakeholders, and lead functional workstreams during implementations. Your work directly improves government HR operations and public services.

• Hands-on Workday HCM expertise
• Experience supporting public sector clients
• Strong understanding of government HR practices

• Must reside in the United States

Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy Workday Compensation for public sector clients
• Translate complex compensation processes into efficient Workday solutions
• Collaborate with HR, IT and functional leads to gather requirements
• Lead or support functional workstreams during implementations
• Conduct testing activities (unit, integration, UAT) and support data conversion
