💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience at BoxLunch, a pop-culture retailer that donates meals to Feeding America. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and support daily operations and sales targets. This role offers the chance to make a difference while working with pop culture merchandise in a fan-focused environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience and use product knowledge to encourage returns.
• Open and close the store, and provide leadership support when needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram changes and communicate fashion trends to management.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise product, and pack/unpack boxes up to 50 pounds.
