You'll run day-to-day operations at one of our Atlanta ice cream shops, managing staff, inventory, and guest experience. Your work directly shapes store profitability and team culture in a fast-growing brand. This role offers close collaboration with Van Leeuwen's founding team during accelerated expansion.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Schedule and assign stations for employees
• Recruit, select, orient, and train staff
• Coach, counsel, and discipline team members
• Monitor sales targets and control budgets

📋 Requirements

• ServSafe Manager Food Handlers license required
• 2+ years in a food retail management role preferred
• Prior team management experience required
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
