🎯 What You'll Do

• Create AI characters from concept to LoRA training and refinement
• Develop character profiles ensuring alignment with user trends
• Test and evaluate AI-generated characters for consistency and quality
• Research emerging AI techniques to improve character generation pipelines

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years experience in creative or AI-driven roles
• Solid LoRA training expertise and generative AI workflow knowledge
• Strong creative judgment in character design and visual identity
• Fluent English communication skills for collaboration

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Kohya SS, Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI
• Exposure to internet culture and engagement-driven content
