Description

You will provide strategic legal guidance for Revolution Medicines' planned commercialization activities, including market access, patient programs, distribution, and regulatory interactions. This role involves serving as lead counsel for healthcare regulatory law and managing legal teams in a dynamic high-growth environment.

Requirements

• JD degree with 15+ years legal experience, including leadership at a commercial-stage biotech or pharmaceutical company
• Deep familiarity with FDA advertising and promotion compliance
• Strong contracting acumen and ability to advise clinical, medical, and commercial teams
• Experience shaping legal strategy across multiple substantive areas and supporting product launches
• Experience hiring and developing legal teams

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal guidance on commercialization, market access, patient programs, distribution, and regulatory submissions
• Serve as legal advisor to executive team on high-impact commercialization issues
• Lead healthcare regulatory law matters (FDCA, fraud and abuse laws, transparency reporting)
• Advise on regulatory interactions with FDA and compliance with promotional and scientific exchange requirements
• Oversee commercial contracting, patient support programs, and pricing/reimbursement strategies
