You will manage NICE's social presence across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and emerging platforms, translating AI leadership and CX innovation into compelling content for practitioners, decision makers, and the enterprise tech community. You'll develop global social media strategy, manage editorial calendar, drive executive advocacy, and monitor performance to optimize campaigns.
Requirements
- 4+ years in social media management, ideally B2B technology or SaaS
- Proven track record growing engagement for enterprise technology brands
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn as a B2B channel
- Experience with social management tools like Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Hootsuite
- Data-driven mindset and experience analyzing performance metrics
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global social media strategy aligned with AI-first positioning
- Manage global social editorial calendar across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Partner with marketing teams to support product launches, analyst recognition, and events
- Drive executive and employee advocacy on social platforms
