π― What You'll Do
- Respond to inbound calls and messages from professionals.
- Assist customers with software functionality, billing, and subscription issues.
- Conduct virtual training sessions via Zoom to drive platform adoption.
- Maintain KPIs such as case resolution time, CSAT, and productivity targets.
π Requirements
- 6 months to 2 years in customer support or technical support.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong listening skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
