🎯 What You'll Do

• Apply base coats, tri-coats, and clear coats to vehicles
• Blend adjacent panels for seamless paint finish
• Perform paint correction on finished vehicles
• Work mandatory overtime as needed

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional automotive painting experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR check
• Must be at least 18 years old

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with water-based paint systems
• ASE certification in paint and refinishing
• Familiarity with Carvana's reconditioning process
