You'll provide home health nursing to adult and geriatric clients on a per-visit basis in Jacksonville, FL. Your core impact is ensuring safe, compassionate care that allows clients to remain at home with dignity and independence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes.
• Document care using electronic medical records on a touch pad tablet.

📋 Requirements

• Current LPN license in the state of Florida.
• Minimum one year of recent verifiable experience as an LPN.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
