You will lead the production of high-profile keynote stages at Okta's events, translating identity security vision into compelling on-stage experiences. You'll collaborate with product marketing, executive communications, and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging and innovative storytelling across all event formats.

Requirements

• 7+ years in event management or live production with focus on keynote experiences
• Based in Seattle or Chicago metro areas with hybrid work capability
• Ability to travel to 4-6 events per year
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
• Proactive problem-solving and efficiency-driven mindset

Responsibilities

• Produce end-to-end keynote experiences aligning messaging with brand vision
• Manage content deliverables including slides, films, and motion graphics
• Oversee production workstreams, timelines, staging, and technical deliverables
• Prepare executives for on-stage delivery
• Drive format innovation and establish best practices for live storytelling
