- Respond to applicant inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Maintain accurate records of call data in CRM system
- Meet quantitative and qualitative standards set by department
- Troubleshoot web-based application issues including status and billing
๐ Requirements
- 2-4 years in a customer service role
- Demonstrated experience with MS Office Suite and web-based sources
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
