  • Respond to applicant inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Maintain accurate records of call data in CRM system
  • Meet quantitative and qualitative standards set by department
  • Troubleshoot web-based application issues including status and billing

  • 2-4 years in a customer service role
  • Demonstrated experience with MS Office Suite and web-based sources
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
