💼 About This Role

You'll provide home health visits, assessments, and admissions for adult and geriatric clients in Davidson County. Your core impact is delivering 1:1 patient care with flexible scheduling and great work-life balance. You'll use a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet for documentation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor clients' conditions; report changes to manager
• Document observations and care using touch pad tablet

📋 Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in North Carolina
• Minimum one year of recent clinical experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned
